A WhatsApp or Instagram message starts an appointment request or enquiry.
Wait for the studio to confirm the service, price and timing before treating it as booked.
Contract formation
A contract starts when the appointment is confirmed
An enquiry, message, booking request or copied message is not acceptance. A booking is formed when Elite Cosmetics confirms the named treatment, date, time, price and any applicable payment or change terms.

01 Published prices
A published price applies to the named service unless the page says a quote or assessment is required.
02 Custom and assessed work
Fine-line tattoos are from £50 and are quoted by design, size, placement and detail. Previous pigment and correction work may require assessment.
03 Deposits and balance
Any deposit, accepted payment method, remaining balance and applicable cancellation terms must be supplied before confirmation.
04 Price changes
A later price change does not alter an already confirmed appointment unless both sides agree to the change.
Suitability and treatment
Safety may require a change or postponement
Treatment information on this site is general. You must answer relevant consultation questions accurately and tell the studio about changes before treatment. Elite Cosmetics may decline, adapt or postpone a service where it is not appropriate or safe to proceed.
Age and preparation

Tattoo clients
Fine-line tattoo clients must be 18 or over and may be asked for valid photo ID.
Patch testing
Complete any required patch test within the timing supplied by the studio.
Preparation and aftercare
Follow the instructions for the exact treatment and products used, and ask promptly if anything is unclear.
Gallery
Images show individual studio work
Use the gallery to compare style and detail. Results vary from person to person, so use an image as inspiration rather than an exact promise.
Website content and intellectual property
Do not reuse the site or client images without permission
The site design, words and studio imagery may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission. Client images remain subject to the client’s rights and the recorded permission for their use.

Links to OpenBook, Instagram, Maps, rail information and other external services take you to a service controlled by its own provider. Their availability, account terms and privacy information apply there.
Problems and liability
Contact the studio promptly about a problem
Explain the appointment, what happened and the outcome you are seeking. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to services carried out without reasonable care and skill.
Applicable law
England and Wales
These terms and appointment contracts are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not remove any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim in another UK court that has jurisdiction.
