Aftercare
Lash-lift aftercare
Standard and Korean Lash Lifts do not all use the same chemical system. Use the water, heat and product instructions for the system selected at your appointment.
Protect the new shape+
For the period stated by the studio, avoid steam, saunas, swimming, heavy heat, rubbing and pressure. Follow the selected system’s instruction about water and eye makeup.
Brush, do not force+
Avoid sleeping face-down. If lashes move, gently brush them back with a clean spoolie rather than pressing, pulling or trying to reset them.
Ongoing care+
Clean gently without rubbing and do not use a mechanical lash curler. Use only a lightweight lash-conditioning product confirmed as compatible with the lift system.
Do not correct at home+
Let the lift grow out naturally. Contact the studio about crossed, uneven, brittle or frizzy lashes rather than attempting another chemical treatment yourself.
Patch-test changes+
Complete the sensitivity testing required by the chosen lift and tint products. Tell the studio about previous reactions, long gaps between appointments, medical changes or a new formula.
Eye warning signs+
Persistent burning, swelling or worsening redness is not routine aftercare. Seek urgent help for eye pain, a very red eye, light sensitivity, trouble opening the eye or any vision change.
