A request becomes a booking only when the studio confirms the treatment, date, time and price.
Appointment terms
Any payment, deposit, cancellation and rescheduling terms are supplied before confirmation.

01 Patch tests
Complete the free test for brows and Lip Blush where required, using the timing supplied by the studio.
02 Previous pigment
Send a current, well-lit photo before requesting brow SPMU over previous work.
03 Fine-line tattoos
Send the idea, placement, approximate size and references. Tattoo clients must be 18 or over.

Who will carry out my treatment?+
One main artist carries out the consultation, treatment and aftercare.
How is my brow shape decided?+
It is mapped to your face in pencil before treatment. You can review the shape and ask for adjustments while it is still in pencil.
Will I need a patch test?+
A free patch test is included for brows and Lip Blush when required. It must be completed before treatment day.
Will I need a return appointment?+
The studio confirms any review, top-up or maintenance plan and its cost before you book.
Will I see the price before I request an appointment?+
Published SPMU, lash and brow-treatment prices are shown in the menu. Fine-line tattoos are from £50 and depend on the design.

Yes. Send it with placement, rough size and references so it can be reviewed.

Tattoo clients must be 18 or over. Bring valid photo ID when requested.
